There are many great summaries of the plot here in reviews so I will not add to that, except to say that I didn't see where this movie was going, and that was a nice surprise.
Since I saw this on DVD, I had the advantage of watching the movie, then the extras, and then watching the movie with the commentary by writer/director Adam Brooks and Ryan Reynolds. I have seen many DVDs with extra commentary that was quite frustrating and superficial, but Brooks and Reynolds actually talked about why they were interested in this story, how Reynolds prepared for the role, how the actors interacted etc. I thought it was well done and this was a nice surprise as well.
