A blood splatter expert working for the Miami police dept. who is a serial killer, but Only kills bad people-example-pedofiles, rapists, murderes, ect! He was born without conscience, but was taught by his Dad how to fit in and when and where to show appropriate emotions. I mean, what's not to love about this.
