Originally we were sent the wrong movie but told we could keep "300" and they would reorder and send us the right one. This took several days to clear up the situation and my husband was not very pleased in the length of time it took to get his birthday present. Though I appreciated their gesture of keeping the first dvd, we did not enujoy it and ultimately gave it away while waiting for Troy.
