This movie summarizes my dream of a workplace; workers are like a family who protect each other's back. All workers are loyal to each other, and work is more like a family affair rather than the current reality where it is solely a source of income and unhappiness. Zellweger, as always, is awesome in the character of a spoiled city girl who's sent by her company to lay off workers in a small town, but have her life changes immeasurably when she encounters the real people, not merely the workers.
